TalosAvionics products are covered by a 2-year warranty. For in-warranty repairs, please contact us at email@example.com, or call +1 (617) 963-0163 or +302815304480. Freight to TalosAvionics is the responsibility of the customer. TalosAvionics pays for freight of the repaired unit back to the customer. Products that need repair due to abuse, misuse, improper installation or unauthorized alteration are therefore not covered by warranty. Products that have been damaged in an aircraft accident are generally not considered repairable.
We accept returns. If you receive authorization to return any products to TalosAvionics, you can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price.
